Standard MediationWe advertise the property as part of our portfolio, and we sign a mediation agreement with the seller, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the current price list of services.

Off-market MediationWe do not advertise the property as part of a portfolio of real estate for sale, but present it to serious buyers individually (private sale/discreet sales).
